Cross country running is a sport in which teams and individuals run a race on open-air courses over natural terrain. The course, typically 1 - 3.1 miles, may include surfaces of grass and pass through the woods and open country, including hills, flat ground and sometimes gravel road. Our team consists of bot girls and boys, from age 5 and up. Great way to condition for fall and spring sports, or to simply keep in shape. Note: This season is from August - October.
